celebrating 15 years of wedded bliss.

15 years ago today, Gary and I tied the knot.

at times it's been smooth sailing, at other times, tumultuous.  but through it all-- the ups, the downs, the joys, the sorrows, the laughter, the tears-- these 15 years have, without a doubt, been the most wonderful years of my life.  the hand of God has richly blessed our marriage, and for that, I couldn't be more thankful.

so last night I was asking Gary (in a jovial sort of way) what his thoughts were on 15 years of marriage-- overall, was he happy with his decision to get married?  or did he still wish he was single?  his reply: uh, yes and yes.  ha, guess I could only laugh at that answer.  such a funny guy.      

I can only hope the next 15 will be just as wonderful, if not better.

PS. to celebrate, we're going out for dinner tonight.  maybe somewhere fancy, even-- you know, like Denny's! ;)  can't wait!
