Rowan's latest thing to do while playing outside is to drop his drawers and just pee wherever he feels like it.  in the bushes, on the trees, off the tramp, in the rocks, on the neighbor's house and who knows where else.  and then, if that wasn't enough, I busted him running down the sidewalk the other day in, get this: nothing but his whitey tighties.  like, huh?  gosh, I sure hope he doesn't get arrested for indecent exposure.  I guess if he does, oh well.  at least his mugshot will be cute.
