summers are made for the lake.

we spent an enjoyable day at Lake Pleasant last sunday with friends and family. 

it was nice and sunny, not too hot, with a cool breeze fanning us.  so, I have a TON of photos to share.  hope you have a cup of coffee in hand, it might be a while. ;)

gearing up for tomorrow's big hike to the top of Humphreys peak, the highest point in Arizona.  feels like I was just staring at this peak from my hospital room and now I'm about to summit it.  egad.  sounds like there are quite a few of us going so it should be a fun time.  should reach the top by noon or so.  I'm debating if I should lug my camera up or not.  what's your vote on that?  would you like to see pictures of people gasping and sweating?  haha.
